1. Return Period
The customer may request the return or exchange of a product within a maximum of 7 days after receiving it, provided that the item:
- Has not been used;
- Retains its original label;
- Is in perfect selling condition.
2. Return Process
To begin the process, the customer must send an email to suporte@mabenna.com, indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product.
3. Refunds
After evaluation, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at purchase (M-Pesa, E-Mola, or bank transfer), within a period of up to 10 business days.
4. Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, Mabenna commits to replacing it at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for personalized or customized products, or items damaged due to misuse.
